Does It Even Matter? - How Can You Know The Bible Is True?

Last week we ended our series ‘Does it even matter?’ in which we examined the relevance and truth of the christian faith. Or as Tim Keller would say: Faith is not true because it is relevant. It is relevant because it is true.

During this last sermon we focussed on the bible. Is the bible true?

To answer this questions: we looked at the 3 ‘I’ of what Christians believe about the bible:

The bible is:

- Inspired: God is the ultimate author

- Inerrant: the bible without error

- Infallible: the bible itself is incapable of deception

We ended with a question to ponder: if the bible is true, what should my response be.
