God cares about how we how we treat one another when things are going well, but even so when we sin. 

As we looked at the Matthew 18:15-20 we saw that Jesus lays out the kingdom way on how to deal when someone sins and the first step is always to go to the person directly with a heart to win the person over.

But how do engage in these crucial conversations?

A helpful way is to start the conversation with creating as much safety as possible, then to engage with the facts, thirdly to express preferences and finally to negotiate agreement.
