The way God has designed us, is for us to flourish and to thrive. We do this when we live from joy that comes from loving attachment bonds. Our joy center is build and strengthened in the first stages of our lives primarily through family relationships.

Sadly, when sin came into the world, pain and brokenness followed closely, and broken and hurt people raised broken and hurt people. However, Jesus came to heal the broken hearted and restored joy (Is 61).
