The Battle Between Light and Darkness - Who is Winning?

Last week we continued with our series ‘The battle between light and darkeness’.
As we looked at Who is winning, we saw that:
- Evil was propelled into the world by the transgression of the sons of God (Genesis 6:1-5).
- Jesus declared that He will build His church even in the places of thickest darkness and darkness will not be able to stand (Matthew 16:13-21).
- Communion and baptism are powerful declarations not only to the physical world but also to the spiritual world declaring that Jesus has authority over everything (1 Peter 3:19-22).
Because of Jesus' total victory, we can go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey.
