Build to Last - Leadership

In his second letter to Timothy, Paul writes the following “… what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Tim 2:2).

Last week we looked at the why, the who and the how of leadership. If we want to leave a legacy and fulfill the vision God has given us, we need to raise leaders who will go and take that vision further. However Paul tells Timothy to not find just anyone, but first and foremost faithful men. God cares more about your character than your skills.
