Chosen: Walking with God - Hannah

Last Sunday we continued our summer series called Chosen: Walking with God. We looked at the life of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1 and 2. We saw that Hannah was a woman suffering through infertility, bullying, mockery and rejection. She was viewed as worthless by society, yet she chose not to respond with anger and bitterness. Instead she took all of her pain and poured it out to God, the only One who can bring true healing and rest. We also saw how this conscious decision Hannah made did not only lead to her own personal redemption story, but also played a very big part in God's bigger plan of redemption that you and I can now all take part in.
